GRIDs are the better way of capturing relational data, information that is connected to a specific item. Most commonly items such as the addresses, phone numbers, emails, and roles association with a series of names; or, catalog information related to a product or service, such as SKU, color, size, price, etc. This form of information often ends up in a List. This is how that's done.
