Although I have no complaints about TFT support, I think that users could get much more out of your product if the support center was designed to be more interactive with users. If users could freely post questions, answer one another's questions, share form examples, etc., I believe that many of us would find many added benefits for this software. I understand that some of this functionality is already in place on the site. However, navigating "The Forum" is not very user friendly (which could largely be improved by adopting a more linear layout for the support page - as opposed to the grid layout currently within each forum). Of course, this is difficult to explain without going into great detail. If my post is unclear, please let me know and I would be happy to clarify.
