Here's another annoying problem that used to cause trouble for form creators, now easily remedied by TheFormToolPRO. Consider this one-sentence form that requires a company name:

The company's name is ________.

If the name of the company is "Acme Incorporated", the form looks fine:

The company's name is Acme Incorporated.

But if the name of the company is "Acme, Inc.", you end up with two periods at the end of the sentence:

The company's name is Acme, Inc..

Yuck! The solution is the conditional period. When creating the form, select the period character and click the Condition button to turn it into a conditional period. When the form is used, the conditional period automatically disappears if it is preceded by another period, with no extra effort or attention required from the form user.
