TLC 1 Formating Fields, Lists, or Conditions in the document
We're sometimes asked how to format specific instances in a document, perhaps something as simple as making text bold or a certain color. While our programs allow capitalization formatting from within the Author's variable creation window in the Form, even more flexibility is possible. A form's Author can apply any Word format to the variable itself, the Field, List (or portion thereof), or Condition within the form that will exactly dictate the appearance of the variable in the final document.
For example, if you need the variable to be bold, apply Word's format commands for bold, itlaics, and red text to the entire {Field} in the form. Voilá!
