Every once in a while, forms seem to disappear from Sets in which they were previously present. This video will explain how that can happen and lay out the principles in play in the expectation that doing so will help you avoid the next episode. The good news is that just because a form has gone MIA from a Set does not necessarily mean the form itself is lost. If you remember that Sets use a tool very much like Windows' shortcuts, you'll be able to rebuild a troubled Set in just a few minutes.
Steps to take:
Investigate any possible Path error. You can use the Diagnostic Portal to help.
Check that the folder holding the original forms has absolutely nothing in it other than Word forms or documents.
Rebuild the Set. This sounds bad but should only take a few minutes.
