Completely uninstalling TheFormTool or its siblings takes about 20 seconds and requires the removal of a single file. Just go to Options>Manage Licenses and click remove. To uninstall the free version of TheFormTool, click on TheFormTool>Options>Uninstall and follow the one-step direction.
