Sometimes all the information you need is at hand, it just needs to be coaxed into usefulness. This video demonstrates how to create a list of names in a GRID, then use a Linked answer in the Questionnaire in order to allow the form user to easily choose from a dropdown menu in order to assign a pre-designated role to each person or entity on the List. Once again, the goal is a serious reduction in errors coupled with a significant increase in speed, the best of all worlds.
