In this very short demonstration, we’ll showcase how Doxserá® DB enables law firms to efficiently generate multiple personalized legal documents in just a few clicks, perfect for tasks like creating notices or letters for multiple recipients simultaneously.

The form begins by asking the user to choose a recipient. However, instead of selecting a single recipient, we utilize Doxserá® DB’s Multi-Doc feature, which allows us to generate a batch of documents for multiple recipients. After selecting the Multi-Doc tab, I proceed to select three recipients—Diane, Ed, and Fran—all members of the same company.

Doxserá® DB informs me that three documents will be created. Next, I’m presented with the option to automatically name and save these documents based on the recipients' names. This step ensures that each document is clearly identifiable, with filenames corresponding to each recipient, making document management easier and more organized.

As the documents are generated, we see the first personalized document for Diane Dunn, followed by one for Ed Evans, and another for Fran Ferguson—all of which are tailored to the specific recipient. These documents are then saved in my designated results folder, ready for distribution.

The true power of Doxserá® DB lies in its ability to streamline what would otherwise be a time-consuming and repetitive process. By generating multiple documents at once, law firms can save valuable time while ensuring each document is accurate and personalized. The automation not only reduces the risk of errors but also enhances productivity, making Doxserá® DB an indispensable tool for firms handling large volumes of legal documentation.

This demonstration highlights how Doxserá® DB simplifies complex tasks, enabling legal professionals to focus more on high-value activities.

Transcript:

This form is asking me to choose a recipient. I'll click fetch here. And instead of choosing a single recipient, I'm going to click the multi doc tab because I wanna create a whole batch of finished documents.

I click okay there. And now when I click fill, because I've chosen multi doc, I get the opportunity to choose a whole batch of recipients.

I'm gonna choose Diane, Ed, and Fran here, all members of the gadget company. It tells me three documents will be created. I click okay, and this screen will be familiar to anyone who's used FormSet.

This gives me the chance to automatically name and save my finished documents as they're created.

I'm gonna choose to name them with the recipient's name so that my file names will have the recipient's names in the file name.

And I'll click okay.

There's the first document to Diane Dunn, the second document to Ed Evans, and the third document to Fran Ferguson.

I chose to save them in my results folder, and here they are. One letter to Diane personalized for her, another one to Ed personalized for Ed, and a third document to Fran Ferguson.
