FIrst steps when things go wrong

User issues when using TheFormTool usual break down into one of four areas. We cover Installation problems in its own category. We'll cover the others here, grouped by their symptoms. Here are some general hints to help with a diagnosis.
1. Runtime errors really don't tell us much; specific runtime code numbers tell us nothing useful at all. Runtime errors hint that there is a program, file or folder path issue. That's about it.
2. The Check Form tool will point you to simple problems. Activate it at TheFormTool>Tools>Check Forms and if it describes a problem, follow it's directions.
