In this demonstration, we’ll explore how Doxserá^® DB streamlines document generation by dynamically filtering and automating form inputs, reducing the risk of errors and saving time for law firms, insurance firms, venture capitalists, and other knowledge workers.

Let’s say the form user is asked to select a recipient from a list of people, but to ensure accuracy, we want them to choose only from the people associated with a specific company. Instead of showing all entries from a large Excel spreadsheet, Doxserá^® DB allows us to create a filter.

We start by adding a question to select the company. Using a dropdown Smart Answer linked to a data source, the user is presented with a list of companies. Once the company is selected, we modify the next question—selecting a person—so that only the individuals associated with the chosen company are shown.

For example, the user selects "Gadget Company" from the dropdown. When they move to the next question to choose a person, instead of seeing the entire list of individuals, they’ll only see the people linked to Gadget Company. This ensures accurate selections, simplifies the process, and reduces mistakes.

But that’s not all. Doxserá^® DB also provides the option to automate the multi-doc process, which is ideal for generating batches of documents. As the form author, you can pre-define that the form should always generate multiple documents without the user having to manually select the multi-doc option. This streamlines the process even further, ensuring that every time the form is used, the correct number of documents is created based on the recipients associated with the selected company.

For instance, if the user selects "Widget World" and fills in the meeting date, Doxserá^® DB automatically generates separate documents for all individuals in Widget World. If they only need one document, they can select a single person, but in most cases, they can use the "check all" option to generate multiple letters instantly.
