Clearing Answers from the Q&A Table

We have Form Tool Pro and Word 2010.
After I create a form, insert table, insert questions to be answered and click fill to test the form, how to I return to the form so the table is attached without the answers I filled in before clicking fill. I want to remove the answers I inserted and only have the table remain at the bottom of the form. I clicked on Reset but that only removed the answers in the form itself, not in the table.
If there is a charge for this, please advise and don’t answer my question. I don’t want to be billed for this info.
