Pleadings are the core of an attorney's work. This video demonstrates how to build a Perfect Pleading, one that will address all your needs.

You can learn how to build the perfect pleading sheet from scratch using only basic Word tools here.

Transcript:

I'd like to quickly show you what we think of as an intelligent document. Here I've got a one page pleading and it's all going to be driven by just this short series of questions in the questionnaire here. Rather than type in all these questions, I can just load in a set of responses because this is a client that I've worked with in the past. So I'm gonna load in responses that were entered previously.

And having done that, all that remains for me to do is click the fill button.

All of that information is analyzed and parceled out into the document.

Notice that all the parties are entered correctly.

All of the pronouns are correct. All of the singular plural items are correct. I get a finished product. When I'm ready to send it out of the office, I can click the Petrify button, which converts all of those fields to plain text, removes the questionnaire, and my document is ready to go.

impeccable crafting
